Disclosure
Robert Oeschler
ex-NASA Scientist
..

In 1989, former NASA scientist Robert Oeschler claimed that he had been invited by top USAF officials to participate in an exercise to finally reveal the existence of extraterrestrials to the public. He was shown photographs, including one of a “typical grey alien”, and was taken to a “top-secret tracking station” off the Florida Coast where he was allowed to see what was described as UFOs being monitored during their flights over US and surrounding airspace. Oeschler publicised this information, although the promised official revelations did not materialise.

Raising hopes of imminent revelations, yet nothing materialising is probably the best gimmick in these exercises, whereby each non-revelation is seen as further proof that there is a cover-up in place and that the forces of evil have once again stopped full disclosure.

And what to make of Oeschler’s taped conversations with Admiral Robert Inman, former head of the NSA and deputy director of the CIA, in which Inman admitted that the US government had recovered crashed UFOs? Inman warned Oeschler that the conversations were secret because of national security considerations, and that the tapes could not be used without official approval. Yet Oeschler was allowed to broadcast them – supposedly revealing the greatest military secret in existence – on television with complete impunity.

It seems that Oeschler was honestly reporting what he had seen and been told – yet all his information came from military and intelligence sources. Is it likely that the likes of Inman would have been truthful in such allegations? And if so, why were they allowed to get away with it? It may also be significant that Oeschler’s greatest supporter and advocate was Bruce Maccabee.

Dr Maccabee’s most controversial endorsement was of the Gulf Breeze sightings and their primary witness, Ed Walters. In the late 1980s, Walters claimed to have taken photographs of UFOs over the Florida coast. Maccabee proclaimed the photographs genuine, an opinion that was hotly disputed by professional photo analysts. Even when an accomplice of Walters confessed to having faked them, Maccabee refused to admit that the photographs were fabricated.
Maccabee and the supporters of the Gulf Breeze sightings argued that shortly after Walter’s initial claims, other people began to report seeing anomalous lights in the sky over the Gulf Breeze area – suggesting the Gulf Breeze sightings were genuine, irrelevant of faked photographs. But curiously, the phenomena only manifested at certain, regular times, specifically when civilians had gathered to see them. Significantly, Gulf Breeze is surrounded by military installations, one of which is specifically charged with psychological warfare experiments.

OESCHLER, ROBERT

Bob Oeschler joined the US Air Force in 1968 in the American Forces Radio and Television service filming classified prototype weapons systems during the Vietnam War. When he returned to the US, he spent eighteen months at Wright-Patterson AFB before working for NASA, specializing in missions technical analysis as a prototype designer of control and mobile surveillance systems. He gets his information from his alleged contacts in the US Intelligence Community. A controversial character, his work in ufology seems to be OK, even though he has made the odd wild claim. He has claimed to have worked on a government project called "Cosmic Journey" which was an exhibition of the various US space missions and included a section on aliens. He claims that there was going to be a UFO in the exhibition along with a cryogenically preserved alien body. This project was then shelved indefinitely due to the 1988 US presidential election. Then, in October 1993, he gave a radio interview on BBC Radio One and claimed that GULF BREEZE (photos with Bruce Maccabee), his claims of secret government projects are very suspect.

Following the Gemini missions the Apollo Space Programme took effect and on 20th July 1969 the astronauts of Apollo 11 took their first steps on the surface of the Moon. Although it was claimed that nothing unusual was seen by the astronauts, rumours that the crew were "never alone" whilst on the moon began to circulate. The following conversation is alleged to have taken place between Mission Control and the crew of Apollo 11:

Apollo 11: What was it? What the hell was it? That's all I want to know. These babies were huge, sir......... oh God, you wouldn't believe it...

NASA : What....what the hell's going on?

Apollo 11: They are here, under the surface.

NASA : What's there? Mission Control calling Apollo 11.

Apollo 11: Roger, we're here, all three of us .But we have found some visitors..... They've been here for quite a while judging by the installations.... I'm telling you there are other spacecraft out there. They're lined up in ranks on the far side of the crater's edge.....

However, the evidence for the truth of this event is very doubtful, Otto Binder, a former NASA employee, claimed it was overheard by amateur radio enthusiasts who could access a confidential channel. Neil Armstrong - the first man to set foot on the Moon - denies it.

At approximately 6-30 a.m. on 17th March 1990, a radio ham from Baltimore, Donald Ratsch, was listening to transmissions from Discovery when he heard the following:" Houston, this is Discovery, we have a problem. We have a fire". Shortly after Ratsch claims he heard "Houston this is Discovery, we still have the Alien spacecraft under observance".

A former mission specialist with NASA , Bob Oeschler conducted an intense investigation into these events and concluded that the message had in fact been broadcast from the vicinity of Fort Meade in Maryland, an area where the US National Security Agency had it's base. The NSA has long been interested in UFOs and Oeschler was of the opinion that the transmission was a deliberately set-up hoax for some intelligence purpose.

Further evidence later came to light, however, when a senior NASA source informed Oeschler that Discovery was involved in a UFO incident which lasted for eight hours. Also, apparently the electrical system on board

Discovery experienced substantial problems during the encounter.

Bobby Ray Inman, Bob Oeschler, MJ-12

K: Well, you seem to know a hell of a lot! So we’re just trying to get to the root of what you know. What about Bobbie Ray Inman? Do you know what his involvement is?

J: ….he got involved in MJ-12… Remember who Bob Oeschler was? Bob Oeschler was really a neat guy. He charged into this, with me. I mean he stood right there in that door (pointing across the room) and saw some kind of a beam come out of this place back here. We know, or I believe, that this whole mountain is combed with, you know...

K: That’s quite a mountain you have behind you…

J: Yes.

K: It’s incredible.

J: We believe it’s all these kind of bases or whatever you call them inside of this thing. Oeschler saw that. Oeschler was the guy and if you haven’t read this story or heard it. You’ve got to read it. He was back east one day, and I went with him, drove around for hours with him when I was flying cargo. I’d get out of my airplane at 10 o'clock at night and we’d drive until 6 in the morning. We did all kinds of crazy things. But Bob one day walked into EG&G and says, “How do I get into the saucer program?” Or something like that.

K: But what’s Bobby Ray Inman got to do with all this?

J: OK. So Bob Oeschler finds Bobby Ray Inman at some public attendance, and goes up to him and says, “How do I get in touch with MJ-12?” And Inman looked at him and says, “Let me see if I can help you.” And so that started the interaction between Bob Oeschler and Bobby Ray Inman.

K: Why was Bobby Ray Inman so helpful?

J: To Oeschler?

K: Yes. Is he sort of like a fan of disclosure, would you say?

J: Yeah. There’s always been part of MJ-12 that wants to disclose and they always get up to the threshold of “Let’s tell the public,” then they always back away, and I don't know why they always back away.
